Yggdrasil Initiative
Community validation before commercial scale
Yggdrasil is the community validation path for early Technology Health workflows.
It exists to validate that ODIN Community can create real value for home lab users and early adopters while preserving Dravenkor’s long-term commercial and platform strategy.
Yggdrasil should help answer practical questions:
- Does the First Proof Loop feel useful?
- Can users understand their environments faster?
- Do map, evidence, observability, backup, certificate, and update-advisory cards make sense?
- Does DORI’s structured guidance help without requiring AI?
- What documentation and onboarding do users need?
- Which Community signals suggest Plus, Pro, service, or managed opportunities later?
Public/private boundary
Yggdrasil can validate Community workflows, documentation, feedback loops, and public-facing learning.
It should not expose private Mimir internals, commercial assumptions, proprietary implementation details, production credentials, or unreleased automation paths.
Why local-first matters
A local-first Community path builds trust. It lets users explore Technology Health without starting from a cloud dependency, a risky automation agent, or an opaque AI provider.
